§ 14-3-601. Authority to establish criteria or procedures for membership.

The articles or bylaws may establish criteria or procedures for admission of members. No person shall be admitted as a member without his or her consent. (Code 1981, § 14-3-601 , enacted by Ga. L. 1991, p. 465, § 1; Ga. L. 2004, p. 508, § 68.)
