§ 876.50. Effective period of law.
All orders made under the provision of ss. 876.37-876.51 shall be in full force whenever the United States is at war; provided, any violation of said sections, committed while they are in force, may be prosecuted and punished thereafter, whether or not said sections are in force at the time of such prosecution and punishment.
