§ 669.703. Security interest unperfected before effective date.
A security interest that is enforceable immediately before July 1, 2025, but is unperfected by that date: (1) Remains an enforceable security interest until the adjustment date; (2) Remains enforceable thereafter if the security interest becomes enforceable under s. 679.2031, as it existed on July 1, 2025, or before the adjustment date; and (3) Becomes perfected: (a) Without further action, by July 1, 2025, if the requirements for perfection under this act are satisfied on or before that date; or (b) When the requirements for perfection are satisfied, if satisfaction occurs after July 1, 2025.
