§ 663.536. Record-keeping requirements for trade, industry, or professional events.

A qualified limited service affiliate who participates in a trade, industry, or professional event pursuant to s. 663.531 must keep a record of its participation in the event. The record must be maintained for at least 2 years following the event and must contain the following information: (1) The date, time, and location of the event; (2) To the extent known or available, a list of participants in the event, including other vendors, presenters, attendees, and targeted attendees; (3) The nature and purpose of the event; (4) The qualified limited service affiliate’s purpose for participating in the event; and (5) Samples of materials or, when samples are unavailable, descriptions of materials provided by the qualified limited service affiliate to attendees and other participants.
