§ 465.0193. Nuclear pharmacy permits.

Any person desiring a permit to operate a nuclear pharmacy shall apply to the department. If the board certifies that the application complies with applicable law, the department shall issue the permit. No permit shall be issued unless a duly licensed and qualified nuclear pharmacist is designated as being responsible for activities described in s. 465.0126. The permittee shall notify the department within 10 days of any change of the licensed pharmacist responsible for the compounding and dispensing of nuclear pharmaceuticals.
