§ 153.091. Combined systems; issuance of bonds.
(1) Notwithstanding the provisions of s. 153.09, the county may issue water and sewer revenue bonds for the purpose of the construction, acquisition, or improvement of water supply systems or water system improvements and sewage disposal systems or sewer improvements, which have been combined by the county. Such water and sewer revenue bonds may also be issued for the purposes of the construction, acquisition or improvement of such combined system, or any part thereof, and the refunding of any outstanding bonds or obligations theretofore issued to finance the cost of such combined system or any part thereof. (2) In the event that the water supply system or water system improvements and sewage disposal systems and sewer improvements are combined into one water and sewer system all of the provisions of this chapter relating to water supply systems or water system improvements and sewage disposal systems and sewer improvements and water revenue bonds and sewer revenue bonds shall apply to such combined systems and water and sewer revenue bonds to the extent the same are applicable.
