§ 206.485. Tracking system reporting requirements.

(1) The information required for tracking movements of petroleum products pursuant to ss. 206.08, 206.09, 206.095, and 206.48 shall be submitted in the manner prescribed by the executive director of the department by rule. The rule shall include, but not be limited to, the data elements, the format of the data elements, and the method and medium of transmission to the department. (2) Any person liable for reporting under this chapter who fails to meet the requirements of this section within 3 months after notification of such failure by the department shall, in addition to all other penalties prescribed by this chapter, be subject to an additional penalty of $5,000 for each month such failure continues. (3) All moneys derived from the penalties imposed by this section shall be deposited into the Fuel Tax Collection Trust Fund and allocated in the same manner as provided by s. 206.875.
