§ 1001.281. Operating Trust Fund.
(1) The Operating Trust Fund is created within the Department of Education. (2) The fund is established for use as a depository for funds to be used for program operations funded by program revenues. Moneys to be credited to the trust fund include, but are not limited to, revenues received from the payment of fees associated with high school equivalency examinations. (3) Notwithstanding s. 216.301 and pursuant to s. 216.351, any balance in the trust fund at the end of any fiscal year shall remain in the trust fund at the end of the year and shall be available for carrying out the purpose of the trust fund.
