§ 25-434. Influencing the application process.

25-434
(a)

A person shall not provide, offer to provide, request, or receive anything of value for the personal use, enjoyment, or profit of an individual in exchange for the individual’s promise not to exercise his or her rights provided under this title to object to, or petition against, a license application.

(b)

Any person who violates subsection (a) of this section shall be guilty of a criminal misdemeanor, and, upon conviction, shall be imprisoned for not more than 90 days, or fined not more than the amount set forth in [], or both.
