§ 22-1513. Penalty under § 22-1511.

22-1513

Any person, firm, or association violating any of the provisions of shall upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine of not more than the amount set forth in or by imprisonment of not more than 60 days, or by both fine and imprisonment, in the discretion of the court. A corporation convicted of an offense under the provisions of shall be fined not more than the amount set forth in , and its president or such other officials as may be responsible for the conduct and management thereof shall be imprisoned not more than 60 days, in the discretion of the court.
