§ 10-134. Public convenience stations — Authority to make rules, regulations, and charges.
10-134Upon the construction and establishment of the public convenience stations referred to in the Council of the District of Columbia is further authorized and empowered to make all necessary rules and regulations for the management of the same, as well as to fix the charge, if any, to be made for the use of these conveniences.
