§ 8-265xx. Memorandum of understanding.
Sec. 8-265xx. Memorandum of understanding. The Comptroller, the authority and the department may enter into a memorandum of understanding to carry out the provisions of this section, section 8-244 and sections 8-265tt to 8-265ww, inclusive.
