§ 7-439d. Section 7-436 limitation not applicable.
Sec. 7-439d. Section 7-436 limitation not applicable. The limitation of the maximum retirement allowance provided in subsection (d) of section 7-436, shall not be applicable to increases under sections 7-439b, and 7-439c.
