§ 54-191. Agreement on Detainers: Warden to surrender inmate.

Sec. 54-191. Agreement on Detainers: Warden to surrender inmate. The warden or other official in charge of any correctional institution in this state shall give over the person of any inmate thereof whenever so required by the operation of the Agreement on Detainers.
