Sec. 49-2b. (Formerly Sec. 37-10). Interest on escrow accounts; regulations of Banking Commissioner. The Banking Commissioner shall adopt such regulations, in accordance with chapter 54, as are necessary to carry out the provisions of section 49-2a and shall specify the form mortgagees may use to report to mortgagors the interest due under the provisions of section 49-2a.
