§ 21-76a. Penalty.

Sec. 21-76a. Penalty. (a) Any person violating any provision of this chapter or the regulations adopted thereunder shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars for each offense.

(b) Nothing in this chapter shall affect the rights of any party under chapter 735a.
