§ 20-369. License required for practice of landscape architecture. Use of title “landscape architect”.
Sec. 20-369. License required for practice of landscape architecture. Use of title “landscape architect”. No person, except as provided in this chapter, shall engage in the practice of landscape architecture in this state or use the title “landscape architect” or display or use any words, letters, figures, title, signs, seal, advertisement or other device to indicate that such person practices or offers to practice landscape architecture in this state, unless such person has first secured a license as provided in this chapter.
