§ 10-286g. Waiver of audit deficiencies.

Sec. 10-286g. Waiver of audit deficiencies. Notwithstanding the provisions of this chapter, the Commissioner of Administrative Services may waive any audit deficiencies found during an audit of a school building project conducted pursuant to this chapter if the Commissioner of Administrative Services determines that granting such waiver is in the best interest of the state.
