§ 32-23q. Exemption from maximum interest and charges on loans.
Sec. 32-23q. Exemption from maximum interest and charges on loans. The provisions of sections 37-4 and 37-6 shall not apply to any bond, note or other obligation issued by Connecticut Innovations, Incorporated, or any loan, lease, sale agreement, note or other obligation evidencing a financial obligation to the corporation.
