§ 32-11b. Definitions.
Sec. 32-11b. Definitions. As used in sections 32-11c to 32-11e, inclusive, “authority” means the Connecticut Development Authority established pursuant to section 32-11a and “corporation” means Connecticut Innovations, Incorporated, established pursuant to section 32-35.
