Sec. 20-16. Meetings. Record of proceedings. Quorum. Section 20-16 is repealed.

Secs. 20-17 to 20-23. Licensure; qualifications for examination. Examination; qualifications to practice without examination. Permit for participation in intern or resident osteopathic physician program. Professional liability insurance required, when; amount of insurance; reporting requirements. List of approved colleges, schools and institutions. Grounds for disciplinary action. Osteopathy defined; osteopath authorized to practice medicine and surgery. Reports and certificates pertaining to public health. Penalty. Sections 20-17 to 20-23, inclusive, are repealed, effective October 1, 1999.
