Sec. 9-139b. (Formerly Sec. 9-157). Secretary authorized to change forms. The Secretary of the State may make any changes in any forms prescribed by this chapter which, in the opinion of the Secretary, are necessary to conform to the applicable provisions of federal law.

(b) to add provision re certain elections, primaries and referenda held prior to November 3, 2021, effective June 23, 2021; P.A. 23-22 deleted Subsec. (a) designator and deleted former Subsec.
