§ 8-89. Commissioner to be agent for mortgages and loans.

Sec. 8-89. Commissioner to be agent for mortgages and loans. The Commissioner of Housing is designated as the state agency empowered to hold or originate in the name of the state first and second mortgages on real estate and secondary loans as provided in this part.
