§ 6-1-709. Sales of manufactured and tiny homes - deceptive trade practices.

A person engages in a deceptive trade practice when, in the course of the person's business, vocation, or occupation, the person engages in conduct that constitutes an unlawful manufactured home sales practice or an unlawful tiny home sales practice, as either sales practice is described in section 24-32-3326.
