§ 39-11-111. Method of payment.
When the treasurer sells any tax lien on any property for delinquent taxes, the treasurer may accept payment of the purchase price in the form of cash, bank check, post office money order, cashier's check, or electronic funds transfer, subject to the treasurer's bidding rules.

ANNOTATION
Part payment with bonds and warrants. A purchaser at a tax sale of lands included within an irrigation district may pay in part with bonds and warrants of the district under the provisions of § 37-41-109. Tew v. Phillips, 73 Colo. 408, 216 P. 525 (1923) (decided under former law).
