§ 35-43-126. Dog worrying stock.
Any dog found running, worrying, or injuring sheep, cattle, or other livestock may be killed, and the owner or harborer of such dog shall be liable for all damages done by it.

ANNOTATION
"Worrying", as used in this section, may be defined as follows: "To run after; to chase; to bark at". Failing v. People, 105 Colo. 399, 98 P.2d 865 (1940).
