§ 24-60-3903. Notice to revisor of statutes.
This part 39 takes effect on the date the compact is enacted into law in the seventh compact state. The director of the division of professions and occupations in the department of regulatory agencies shall notify the revisor of statutes in writing when the condition specified in this section has occurred by emailing the notice to revisorofstatutes.ga@coleg.gov. This part 39 takes effect upon the date identified in the notice that the compact is enacted into law in the seventh compact state or upon the date of the notice to the revisor of statutes if the notice does not specify a different date.

(2) The popular vote for the election of the U.S. president will not become applicable and govern the appointment of presidential electors in Colorado until enough states cumulatively possessing a majority of the electoral votes for the presidential election have also approved the agreement.
