§ 24-38-304. Funding - in-kind donations.

(1) The governor's office may seek, accept, and expend gifts, grants, or donations from private or public sources for the purposes of this part 3. The governor's office may accept donations of in-kind services for the purposes of this part 3, including for technical assistance.

(2) The governor's office and the transition committee shall carry out this part 3 within existing appropriations.
