§ 24-21-601. Short title.
The short title of this part 6 is the "Bingo and Raffles Law".

ANNOTATION
This article permits certain organizations, for example, religious and charitable, to obtain a license under specified conditions for conducting bingo games and raffles. Smaldone v. People, 173 Colo. 385, 479 P.2d 973 (1971) (decided under former law).
The fact that certain types of gambling were allowed pursuant to this article did not deny the petitioner, who was charged with gambling violations, equal protection of the law, especially where § 18-10-101 et seq., under which charges of gambling were issued against the petitioner, applied equally to all persons and made no classifications or distinctions. Smaldone v. People, 173 Colo. 385, 479 P.2d 973 (1971) (decided under former law).
