(3) Subsections (2), (3), (4), (5), (6), (13), (14), (15), and (16) were relocated to § 16-8.5-116 (1), (2), (3), (4), (5), (7), (8), (9), and (10), respectively, in 2026.

(4) Subsection (11) was relocated to § 16-8.5-125 in 2026.
