§ 10-16-306. Contracts - benefits for long-term care insurance.
Corporations subject to the provisions of part 1 of this article and this part 3 may enter into contracts for the rendering of long-term care insurance, as defined in section 10-19-103 (5), on behalf of any of their subscribers. Such contracts shall comply with article 19 of this title.

Applicability of equal fee provisions. The administrator of the state health plan was not subject to the provisions of this section because § 10-16-103 (2) exempts the state health plan from the provisions of this article. Parrish v. Rocky Mt. Hosp. and Med. Servs., 754 P.2d 1180 (Colo. App. 1988).
