§ 73069.
âMarketing seasonâ or âfiscal yearâ means the period beginning October 1 of any year and extending through September 30 of the following year. However, the 1983â84 marketing season shall commence within 15 days after the election of the first commission members as provided in Article 5 (commencing with Section 73201).
