§ 70328. If a building receives an unacceptable seismic safety rating under Section 70327,

If a building receives an unacceptable seismic safety rating under Section 70327, or is rejected as deficient under Section 70326, the county may appeal that action to the Court Facilities Dispute Resolution Committee.
