§ 6929. Any metropolitan water district may apply to the commission to purchase the right
Any metropolitan water district may apply to the commission to purchase the right to extract sodium chloride from any such State lands. The application shall describe the lands and the proposed use to be made of the sodium chloride to be extracted therefrom, and shall be accompanied by a map or plat showing the location of the lands.
