§ 66540.69. If any chapter, article, section, subdivision, subsection, sentence, clause, or p

If any chapter, article, section, subdivision, subsection, sentence, clause, or phrase in this title, or the application thereof to any person or circumstances, is for any reason held invalid, the validity of the remainder of the title, or the application of such provision to other persons or circumstances, shall not be affected thereby. The Legislature hereby declares that it would have passed this title and each chapter, article, section, subdivision, subsection, sentence, clause, or phrase thereof, irrespective of the fact that one or more sections, subdivisions, subsections, sentences, clauses, or phrases, or the application thereof to any person or circumstance, be held invalid.
