§ 64523. Actions taken by the authority to raise, administer, or allocate funding for tena
Actions taken by the authority to raise, administer, or allocate funding for tenant protection, affordable housing preservation, or new affordable housing production, or to provide technical assistance consistent with the authorityâs purpose shall be exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (Division 13 (commencing with Section 21000) of the Public Resources Code).
