Any proceeding, initiated with respect to a corporation, under any applicable statute of the United States, as now existing or hereafter enacted, relating to reorganizations of corporations, shall be governed by the provisions of Chapter 14 (commencing with Section 1400) of Division 1 of Title 1, and for this purpose the reference in Chapter 14 to âshareholdersâ shall be deemed to be a reference to members and the reference to âthis divisionâ shall be deemed to be a reference to this part.
