(a) For the purposes of Chapter 1 (commencing with Section 57000) to Chapter 7 (commencing with Section 57176), inclusive, of Part 4 or Part 5 (commencing with Section 57300), for each of the following entities proceedings for a change of organization shall be conducted pursuant to the principal act authorizing the establishment of that district: (1) A unified or union high school library district.
