(d) âDesignated parking areaâ means an area located, constructed, maintained, and signed pursuant to this chapter. (e) âWinter recreationâ means any recreational activity principally dependent upon snow-covered ground, including, but not limited to, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, sledding, ice fishing, snow camping, dogsledding, and snowmobiling.
