§ 46008. Article 14 (commencing with Section 43031) of Chapter 2 of the Food and Agricultu
(a) Article 14 (commencing with Section 43031) of Chapter 2 of the Food and Agricultural Code applies to any product that is represented as organically produced by any person who is not registered as required by this chapter or any product that is not in compliance with this chapter or the NOP. (b) The secretary, county agricultural commissioners, and the State Director of Health Services shall be considered enforcing officers for purposes of those provisions of law under their respective jurisdiction.
