(C) The past fiscal year and current fiscal year information on the funding for its community placement plan, including a breakdown of the funding for startup, assessment, placement, and deflection. (D) Staff information. (b) A report to be submitted pursuant to subdivision (a) shall be submitted in compliance with Section 9795 of the Government Code.
