§ 33218. The Newport Heights Irrigation District, Fairview County Water District, the Newp
The Newport Heights Irrigation District, Fairview County Water District, the Newport Mesa County Water District, and the Newport Mesa Irrigation District are hereby dissolved and for all purposes shall cease to exist as herein provided. The Costa Mesa County Water District shall and does hereby succeed to all the properties and rights of said districts, and the water system, facilities, and appurtenances of the City of Costa Mesa.
