§ 29431. Neither the acreage limitations contained in Section 51230 of the Government Code
Neither the acreage limitations contained in Section 51230 of the Government Code and subdivision (f) of Section 421 of the Revenue and Taxation Code, nor the requirements of Section 51242 of the Government Code, shall apply to any contract entered into pursuant to this article.
