§ 2766.
âMilitary serviceâ as used in this article means active service in the land or naval forces of the United States, but the service of an individual in any reserve component of the land or naval forces of the United States who is ordered to active duty in any such force for a period of 30 days or less shall not be deemed active service in that force during that period.
