§ 27567. Except as provided in subdivision (b), no toll shall be imposed on the passage of
(a) Except as provided in subdivision (b), no toll shall be imposed on the passage of a pedestrian, a bicycle, or a personal micromobility device, as defined in Section 1940.41 of the Civil Code, over any bridge that is under the jurisdiction of the district, on which the travel of pedestrians, bicycles, or personal micromobility devices is otherwise authorized. (b) Subdivision (a) shall not apply if the bridge was under construction on or after January 1, 2025, and if the tolls are used to fund the cost of constructing the bridge.
