Unless otherwise specifically provided for by law, each officer of a county shall on the certificate of the auditor immediately deposit in the county treasury all trust money coming into the officerâs possession officially. Trust money so deposited shall be withdrawn only on a warrant issued by the county auditor drawn upon requisition of the officer depositing the money.
