§ 24113. A member retired for disability under this part may be employed to perform credit
A member retired for disability under this part may be employed to perform creditable service subject to coverage under the Defined Benefit Program. The employment shall not cause the disability retirement allowance to be suspended or terminated, except as provided in Section 24112, and no deduction shall be made from the retired memberâs compensation as contributions to the plan under this part.
