§ 1802.11.
(a) âAmount financedâ means the amount required to be disclosed pursuant to paragraph (7) of subdivision (c) of Section 1803.3. (b) âUnpaid balanceâ means the cash price of the goods or services which are the subject matter of the retail installment sale, plus the amounts, if any, included in a retail installment sale for insurance and official fees, minus the amount of the buyerâs downpayment in money or goods.
