On or before October 15 of each year, the county superintendent of schools shall prepare and file with the Superintendent, along with the statements received pursuant to subdivision (b) of Section 42100, a statement of all receipts and expenditures of the county office of education for the preceding fiscal year. The statement shall be in a format or on forms prescribed by the Superintendent, in accordance with regulations adopted by the State Board of Education.
