§ 15105. This chapter does not prohibit the use of the State
This chapter does not prohibit the use of the Stateâs Teletype System by any other state or public agency thereof when connection is made to the Stateâs Teletype System at or within the boundaries of this State and when the messages transmitted relate to the enforcement of the criminal laws.
